Battery Boost Dubai replaces motorcycle batteries and jump starts bikes anywhere in Dubai, 24 hours a day. A technician comes to the bike, tests the battery free of charge, and fits a replacement on the spot if it has failed. Nothing needs to be wheeled, loaded or towed.
Calls for this peak at the start of riding season. A bike that has sat still since May very often will not start in October, and the battery is almost always the reason.
Mobile motorcycle battery replacement in Dubai
Send the make, model and your location, and the correct battery is confirmed before anyone sets off. Typical arrival is 20 to 25 minutes depending on traffic and distance.
What happens when the technician reaches you:
- The existing battery is load tested, not just checked for voltage. Voltage alone is misleading on bikes, because a battery can read close to normal and still collapse the moment the starter draws current.
- The charging system is checked where relevant, so you are not replacing a battery that a faulty regulator will kill again.
- If the battery has failed, the replacement is fitted, the terminals cleaned and the mounting secured properly.
- The bike is started and checked before the technician leaves.
Testing is free whether or not you end up buying anything. The price is confirmed before dispatch, warranty options run up to 36 months depending on the battery, and payment is taken on-site.
Motorcycle jump start — and why not to use a car
If you need the bike running now rather than replaced, it can be jump started with proper equipment and the battery tested immediately afterwards, so you know whether you are fixed or simply postponing the problem.
What you should not do is jump it from a running car. A car’s charging system is built to feed a battery many times the size of the one on your bike, and a running engine can push far more current than a small motorcycle battery and its electronics are designed to take. Modern bikes carry an ECU, a regulator and an immobiliser, and a voltage spike can damage any of them. A replacement regulator or ECU costs many times what a battery does.
The same service covers cars if you need it — see our jump start service in Dubai.
AGM, lead-acid or lithium — which battery does your bike take?
This matters more on bikes than on cars, because the three types need different handling and different equipment.
- Conventional lead-acid. Common on commuter bikes and scooters. Cheapest, heaviest, and the least tolerant of being left flat.
- AGM. Sealed, maintenance-free and good with vibration. The standard fitment on most modern motorcycles. Our guide to AGM versus normal batteries covers the difference in more detail.
- Lithium, usually LiFePO4. Common on superbikes and sports models, and often fitted by owners chasing weight saving. Much lighter, but it needs lithium-specific charging equipment. A standard lead-acid charger can damage a lithium battery, and some will not accept charge at all from a charger that cannot wake their internal management circuitry.

If you have a superbike and are not certain which type is fitted, say so when you call. Getting it wrong turns a flat battery into a replaced battery.
Does yours need replacing, or just charging?
Two questions settle it, and a load test confirms it properly.
How long has it been flat? A battery that went flat a fortnight ago usually recovers with a proper slow charge. One that has been sitting at zero since June has likely lost real capacity for good. A lead-acid or AGM battery left flat for months develops sulphation on the plates, and that capacity does not return.
How old is it? Bike batteries commonly last two to three years in this climate, and less on a bike stored through the summer. A three-year-old battery that has just spent a summer flat has reached the end of its life, and charging it buys a few unreliable weeks.
Why bike batteries fail after a Dubai summer
Bike batteries are small, so there is no reserve to fall back on. A parasitic drain a car would shrug off for two months flattens a bike in a fortnight, and something is always drawing current: an alarm, an immobiliser, a tracker or an aftermarket accessory.
Heat does the rest. Every battery self-discharges on its own, and a Dubai summer makes that happen far faster than the figures on the box assume. Four or five months parked in a hot garage is enough on its own, before any accessory drain is counted.

To avoid it next year, leave the bike on a battery maintainer for the months it is parked. It holds the battery at the correct state of charge without overcharging, and the bike starts first time in October. Buy the type that matches your battery, including a lithium-compatible one if the bike has lithium. Disconnecting the negative terminal instead stops the accessory drain but does nothing about self-discharge — better than nothing, worse than a maintainer.

Common questions
Do you come to the bike, or do I bring it somewhere?
A technician comes to the bike, wherever it is parked. There is nothing to wheel, load or tow.
My bike clicks but won’t turn over. Is that the battery?
Almost always. There is enough charge to power the relay but not enough to spin the starter. A load test confirms it in a couple of minutes.
Do you replace superbike and lithium batteries?
Give the make, model and battery type when you call and it will be confirmed before dispatch, so the right battery and the right equipment arrive with the technician.
Can I charge a motorcycle battery with a car charger?
Only if it has a low-amp motorcycle setting. On its normal setting a car charger pushes too much current into a small battery and can overheat or damage it. Never use one on a lithium battery.
How quickly can someone reach me?
Usually 20 to 25 minutes, depending on traffic, distance and your exact location. Service runs 24 hours a day, including weekends.
