Flat tyre help at home, at work or on the roadside
A puncture in Dubai traffic or a flat tyre in your building car park is stressful, especially in the heat. Our technician comes to your location and changes the wheel for you, usually within 20 to 30 minutes of your call, 24 hours a day.
We fit your spare wheel safely, tighten the wheel nuts correctly and make sure the car is ready to drive to a tyre shop for a permanent repair or replacement.
What to do while you wait
- If you are on a main road, pull over as far from traffic as you can and switch on your hazard lights
- Stay out of the vehicle and away from the road side if it is safe to do so
- Share your live location on WhatsApp so the technician can find you quickly
- Let us know your vehicle model and whether you have a spare wheel and locking wheel nut key
When a tyre change is not enough
If the spare is also flat or damaged, or the wheel itself is bent, the car may need to be moved. In that case we can arrange car recovery to a tyre shop or garage, with the price confirmed before dispatch.
