How it works
- Share your location and vehicle details, and confirm the fuel type your car uses
- We confirm the arrival time and price before we set off
- The technician adds fuel and checks the car starts
- You drive to the nearest station to fill up
If the car still will not start
Sometimes a car that ran dry needs a little more help, and a battery that has been cranking for a while can go flat. Our technicians carry equipment for a jump start and a free battery test, so one visit can usually get you moving again. If something more serious is wrong, we can arrange car recovery.
Stay safe while you wait
If you have stopped on a main road, switch on your hazard lights and wait somewhere safe away from traffic. Never carry fuel in unapproved containers or try to siphon fuel from another vehicle. Our service covers Dubai and nearby areas 24 hours a day.
